Most of the products on Himachalee.in are handmade; hand woven and intricately crafted, as such there may be variations in colour and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of  different hands used,  fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings and displaying capabilities of computer monitors, laptops or the mobile devices that you may be using.

We promise to deliver you a perfect product and best customer experience. Here are are some of the things you might want to know.

Our products are handcrafted & delivered to you after a thorough quality check.Minor inconsistency  in design or weaving or colour , if any is due to handwoven and   handcrafted work.You  can cancel an order prior to initiation of shipment. Once delivered the products cannot be exchanged.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

• An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item you had ordered.
• If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
