Most of the products on Himachalee.in are handmade; hand woven and intricately crafted, as such there may be mild variations in colour and  weave of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of  different hands used in weaving and colours also may vary sometimes because of the fabric dyes used . There may be differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings and displaying  of computer monitors, laptops or the mobile devices that you may be using.

The order is dispatched within 2-3 days after the confirmation , we promise to deliver you the product within 6- 7 business days or even more depending upon your location.

Customer pays the shipping charges for all orders befow Rs.1000 and orders above that are shipped free

Our products are handcrafted & delivered to you after a thorough quality check.Minor inconsistency  in design or weaving or colour , if any is due to handwoven and   handcrafted work.You  can cancel an order prior to initiation of shipment. Once delivered the products cannot be exchanged.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

• An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item you had ordered.
• If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
