Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility: Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered.

  • There is a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

  • Email us within 48 hours of receiving the product with details and images of the defect at [Insert Email Address].

  • Verification: Our Quality Check team will verify the issue. If eligible, our customer service team will guide you through the process.

  • Return Condition: Returns must be received within 10 days of notification. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and receipt.

Return Refusal
Himachalee reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error.
